Why would you? It's a suburb of Birmingham and most people there dont welcome newcomers.A lot of old family's live there.It is about equally racially mixed with just as many blacks as whites.In my opinion the blacks are friendlier and I'm white.I didn't enjoy my time there it was too humid and to prissy.

It's a nice place. Move there if you like but it's not something any of us can say. To the earlier responder: what the heck are you smoking? Huntsville is over 100 miles from Birmingham and takes about 2 hours to get there. It's definitely NOT a suburb of B'ham. No wonder you didn't enjoy yourself- lol!!! Typical dumb*** transplant trying to score points by making white Southerners look bad. P.S. Please do not move there if you hate white Southerners.
