As the crow flies it is the same distance away as New York You can fly to nepal from edinburgh

British Airways used to fly Heathrow non-stop to Anchorage ,but these stopped on the 20th October 1992, the BA 017, because demand fell.

No, its not a case of distance, its a case of demand. Yes its possible technically but no airlines offer it unless you chartered a private.

No, ofcourse not! Edinburgh is a tiny little regional airport served by low cost airlines flying only to Europe. Scotland only has one major airport and that’s Glasgow International Airport, Glasgow International has many long haul flights, but none to Alaska. flyglasgow.net/ EDIT: NO you can NOT fly from Edinburgh to Nepal. You would have to change flights in London, Amsterdam or Frankfurt. Like I said, Edinburgh is a tiny regional airport. I work in the airline industry in Scotland and actually know what I'm talking about.
