Question: What is the best way to see alaska?

I am from Boston, and I want to visit Alaska with my husband.Don't know where to start to research the trip.Best way to go, best price etc.Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Start in Ancorhage thats the hub. Than take a ferry, take a small plane ride, go fishing, sightseeing,

Cruise/ land vacation. You cruise for part of the trip, get off of the ship travel either by car or with a tour group and pick the ship back up at another port. It is not cheap. Check with a local travel agent for info and then compare their prices to what you can find on the internet.
