Question: Why are people more intelligent in northeastern u.s. compared to southern california and arizona?

Ok I am from Romania, and when I visited America, the people in Northeastern American cities were smart to a degree or at the least dumbest of Americans. But the dumbest people were in Southern California and Arizona. Only Southeastern U.S. seemed worse, but that is another story. Anyway, in Los Angeles which is 2nd biggest city in America, people were so dumb and almost retarded. The only smart people were maybe movie directors and execs. Most of all, the women, especially if they were the bikini fake boob type women, were dumber than men. Many were just like on that show Millionaire Matchmaker. In Northeastern U.S. there were more smart people in Boston, New York, and DC. They at least heard of my country and knew it was in Europe and could carry on a real conversation ! Most of all, they did not have as bad as a dumb demeanor as the those in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix.

This is absurdly laughable. People are smart because the heard of Romania? and know it is Europe? In a typically liberal (and apparently european) arrogant fashon, only people who agree with you are intelligent. There is no way you could have an "intelligent " conversation with a midwestern farmer or southern factory worker or even a southwestern Navajo unless they shared your "world view ". Unfortunately, that "would view " is frequently shared by "enlightened ", "intelligent ", liberal northeasterners. I am honestly surprised that your superior intelligence found even some somewhat "smart " Americans at all. I am also surprised that the massive chip on your shoulder was not helpfully removed by some "dumb " Arizonan.

Clearly your only seeing what you want to see. In public it can seem that way. But when at work or doing business you will see that intelligence is there. I'm from the South East part of the states & no they are not stupid. Again, your only looking at what you want to see.
