Question: Education in glendale, arizona?

Can someone tell me some information about education in Glendale, AZ? I found out that it is the 50th smartest state in the USA.

Well test scores here are usually lower compared to all the other states. last year at my high school only like 30 percent of the seniors graduated. so i dont know whats the deal
