Question: Is arkansas a nice place to live?

I'm from Wisconsin - got my first job offer in Arkansas. A lot of people think it wouldn't be a good fit for me, but when I went for my interview I thought the landscape was beautiful. Is it a nice place to live? What's the culture like - are the people nice?

I think you will like Arkansas....It is quite Beautiful It might take you some time to get use to it once you arrive there.......It's not like any other place you've been before.....People are very friendly.....they go out of there way to help you in any way they can...Don't be afraid to ask questions about any thing ...you need to know`` It's a slow moving State......Not much happens there....Crime isn't much either ...compared to a lot of other States I have been in....... Once you get your feet on the ground.......And want to explore .....Check out the Diamond State Park.....It's big ......Take a shovel....and dig up your on Diamonds.......Everything you find is yours~ Ride the Rivers... hidden in the Mountains.....Spend days on the Lakes.......Rent a yacht ` Go Sailing.....Or explore the Caves .....Go gliding off the mountains right outside your Hotel.....Spend your days swimming below the Water Falls ......Some stay hidden that only the Arkansas people know about...... Go spend days in the Hot Springs``......Natural Hot Springs that come up from the Grounds....Go visit the Bath Houses....in the city named after the hot springs that were discovered by the Native Americans Tribes that have lived there....Horse racing seasons are there too.... Stay in the cabins.....Go fishing for the big ones.....If Trout or Bass is what you like to do`` Malls are close if you like to do the Shopping thing....``. Give yourself a chance....Don't expect anything....Arkansas will give you some amazing things....It will become a part of you~~ The First People that have Lived on this lands call it Arkansas...it means ...South Wind~~ First People are Native Americans

Lol not from what I heard. I heard that it's hard to fit in there....but that is in just one area. I don't know about all the areas.
