Roseville, california vacation?
i am going to roseville in september. i've never been to california before and i was just wanting to make sure i see everything i can while i'm there. i know i'm going to see the redwoods and i would love to see the golden gate bridge. any ideas of fun things to see while i'm there?
New york vs. california vacations?
okk.so heres the deal,my family is going on a big vacation.problem is,we don't know where haha.we want either a city close enough to LA,or a nice city in new york.which is better?what do you recomend for cities?what is there to do?thank uu 10 points goes to person with the most information i live in wisconsin,so either would be different hahahhh
Need help with california vacation plans!?
my husband and i are going to california next year for almost 3 weeks. our schedule goes like this so far flight 1 daysan francisco 4 daysocean beach 1 daymonterey, big sur, carmel area 4 daysjust driving along the coast on hwy 1 1 daynapa valley 4 daysyosemite 4 daysflight 1 daymy question is, do i really need that 1 whole day of just driving on Hwy 1? or will i get enough of that on the way from san fran to monterey and monterey to big sur, etc.? should i use that day for something else, like possibly going to see the ghost town of Bodie after yosemite for the day or maybe going to santa cruz for the day? or is just driving down the coast really worth it? i can't decide. i am very much into photography, especially black and white and infrared and my husband is too and i think we could take some amazing photos in bodie, plus it would be a neat change of scenery, to see the old west and the desert. but i also have this feeling that i will regret not spending more time on the beautiful coast, seeing the cliffs and the ocean on the road. if you have experience with any of these places let me know. thanks

Its SOO beautiful and in a great location just 15 minutes from disneyland, Knotts AND the Beach. not to mention everything else lol AND its one of the better priced rentals but i'm just not getting as many inquirers as i was recieving last year & for the life of me i dont know why Im sure the economy scare thats been going on has alot to do with it but still if there IS anything i could improve upon on my side i'd sure appreciate knowing > I Cannot emphasize enough Any suggestions would be appreciated THANKS p.s. California Vacation??
Hi my and my family want to go to a vacation in California. We need some help planning. Help please So we want an inexpensive hotel that has good service. Do you know any hotels that are near places that we want to visit look below ?We don't know what time of year to go, but we're thinking the end of May. Your thoughts?We want to visit Disneyland, Sea World, a great beach like Malibu, Hollywood, and maybe San Fransisco. Is it too much and too expensive? If so, which of these should we go to? Or is there some other things to do that you suggest? Also, how far away are these places from each other?We live in Illinois, do you suggest driving or flying. Which is cheaper? If flying, which airline is cheapest?Thanks

i want to go to california, in the LA area. i really dont have alot and the most i can really spend for airfare and hotel is $700. the hotel doesnt have to be 5 because most of the day ill be out sight seeing. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

What should I do on my California vacation in February?
I'm going to California for my 23rd birthday with my best friend. We are going February 4th 9th. As it looks now we are spending the 4th and 5th in Los Angeles. Currently the only things I'd really like to check out is Venice Beach and Whisky a go go I'm a huge rock music fan The 6th and 7th we are going to spend in San Diego. The 6th we are going to see Emmure. Then the 8th and 9th we were going to return to Los Angeles. I've never even been off the East Coast so I have NO clue how to spend my vacation Any and all tips and ideas are appreciated Where to stay, what to do, where to eat, where to not go I'd also really like to find a fun restaurant bar to go to for my birthday the first night we are there. I'm not really a club kind of girl I'd prefer a bar, especially one with live music
What to pack for California vacation?
It's in 2 weeks, for about 8 days. We'll be staying in San Diego pretty much the whole time. I'm so excited, but I'm not sure what to pack in terns of shorts. Do I bring like maybe one pair of jeans, and all shorts? Short shorts or capris? I know the weather isn't exactly burning down there at the moment, so can you guys fill me in? Thanks

My fiance and I have an 8 month old daughter, and we're trying to find good places to visit in California for vacation during the winter season aside from Lake Tahoe, which we visited last year . We currently live in L.A. county, but would like to see some new places. Our daughter will be a year old by the time we take this vacation. What are some good vacations for our little family to take and have a good time?
