I need help planning my colorado vacation pls?
im planning a july family trip to colorado. thinking about Creede, Pagosa Springs or South Fork. Which town is the prettiest and has the most activites ie. rafting, horse back riding and hiking? I also am looking for a small cabin for 3 nights that is around $85 to $100 a night. Any suggestions where to stay by the river?

I'm looking to fly to Colorado for two weeks end of November beginning of December.I'd like to find a cozy Hotel in a town that has hiking trails, restaurants, shops and other assorted things to keep us happy while we're there. Where should I go for a romantic Colorado vacation?
My fiance and I are wanting to take a trip to Colorado the beginning of January. We have absolutely NO idea where to go We would like it to be a fairly romantic trip, as we will be celebrating 5 years together We are planning on 3 4 nights. The things we are looking for in a trip to colorado a place that is outside the city no big cities within several miles but we wouldn't mind being near a smaller town if we wanted to go out to eat. We would like to stay in a cabin or lodge. Something with a colorado mountain feel to it. We would also like to have a private hot tub outside. We are looking for a place with a great view of the mountains, as well as being really close to a river stream. We would like to do some fishing. We would also like to be near a place where we can go skiing. A cabin with a fireplace would also be nice...something cozy The only other recommendation is that we want it to be preferably not on the western part of colorado because that would be pretty far for us to travel since Colorado is west of where we live I have checked out many websites, but I am feeling overwhelmed with information on all these websites I go to. They all claim to " be the best" and its hard to tell from the pictures on the websites what you are really getting yourself into. If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated Thanks
