I know this may be hard seems how it is so localized but i am wondering if anyone on here knows how to cash in slot dollars at delaware park..it says i can do it at a machine using my players card but i am not sure how can anyone help

Insert you card and follow the directions. if you can't do that, ask a floor host for assistance. they are very friendly and helpful.
