Wilmington Trust and WSFS Bank would have more branches and ATMs than PNC. Wilmington Trust has more branches, and is the bank that most people in Delaware use. However, WSFS has more ATM's especially in the Newark area since most of the ATMs on the University of Delaware campus are WSFS. Every Happy Harry's store has a WSFS ATM.

^ That guy is right. And every Wawa has a PNC atm that doesn't charge you a fee no matter what bank you use! (Your bank might charge you a fee, though, check with them 1st)
