Question: I need to know about georgia interstate compact?

My family moved to georgia about 4 weeks ago. my husband is on parole in mississippi and wants to transfer his parole to georgia. he only has until june to be on parole, but then probation follows. he had a possession charge in 2006. he got paroled the first time he came eligible and he hasn't been in trouble at all. never late on fines or fees. no drug usage or sell. he paid off his fine and he had never been in trouble prior to his felony, not even a traffic ticket. what can i do to speed up the process to georgia as we have 4 children and i have a night job. i can not afford to pay a private care person for 4 children. please help to let me know what i can do to speed up the process. |
