Verizon seems to have the best coverage all over the state, even remote beaches. I get service just about everywhere. In a place like Pearl Harbor, you won't have any problems.

Everywhere on Oahu gets good service, especially populated areas like Pearl City. I'd go by cost rather than quality of reception.
